Damaged or Defective Items
Did your order arrive damaged? Don’t worry about it! We will send out a replacement for free as long as you contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your product. You won’t even have to ship back the damaged item. You must provide pictures or a short video of the defective item along with the tracking and order number.
Make sure to carefully inspect your items as soon as they arrive. We only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for defective or damaged products when requested within 2 days of your receipt of the product, as shown by your tracking number. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges after 2 days have passed.
We do not offer refunds due to size or measurement issues, as long as the size you ordered was the size that was shipped. If an incorrect size was shipped, we’ll send you out the correct size.
Not Satisfied With Your Purchase?
You can return it for your 100% money back within 15 days of receipt, as shown by your tracking number. You may also choose to have another product shipped out for free instead of a refund.
Our refund policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your items, as shown by your tracking number. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 15 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received. The buyer must pay for return shipping.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds will be returned to the same method of order payment.

Order Changes or Cancellations
We can only cancel an order that has not been processed yet. In order to cancel your order, you must contact us by 11.59 PM EST on the day of ordering at the latest. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, even if a tracking number isn’t yet available. Lost or Undelivered Orders
Although not common, sometimes an order can take longer than expected to arrive. Although this is due to shipping conditions outside of our control, we can reship your order or offer you a full refund if your order is not delivered within 45 days from the shipping date as shown on your tracking number. Keep in mind that in order to expedite delivery, items may be shipped out in multiple packages. Replacements or refunds will only be given on the undelivered items, not on the whole order.
